BEACH PLUM PLANT GIVE-AWAY!

Thornton Burgess Green Briar Nature Center & Jam Kitchen is the recipient of
a second grant to be used for purchasing beach plum plants that will be
planted in private Cape Cod home gardens.  In return for two free shrubs,
recipient gardeners agree to harvest and deliver the fruit to the Jam
Kitchen as the source of its popular beach plum jelly.  All proceeds from
the sale of its jams and jellies support the programs of the non-profit
organization.

must be submitted by September 25.  Pickup date for the plants is September
30 from 9am to noon at the Green Briar Nature Center in East Sandwich.
