As part of the *2020 Underwater Acoustics Webinar Series*

the* Discovery of Sound in the Sea (DOSITS) <http://www.dosits.org/>* Team
will host a free, *60-minute webinar discussing the fundamentals of
underwater sound on** Tuesday, June 2, 2020, at 12pm EDT*. This webinar,
led by *Tracianne Neilsen (Brigham Young University),* will provide an
overview of underwater sound including the role of sound levels and
spectrograms in ocean acoustics. An extended period of facilitated
discussion will also be included.
