Woods Hole Sea Grant has put together a website of live streaming events,
webinars, videos, science games, and more for students and their families
at

We are updating this daily as we find out about more resources. Please
forward this to students and families.
Additionally, while students are home, Woods Hole Sea Grant with regional
collaboration from many different NOAA offices has started offering a NOAA
Live! Series of webinars for children. This series is running on Monday,
Wednesday, and Friday at 11 for the next few weeks (or more). You can get
a peek at what our NOAA scientists do in all the various NOAA offices.
Webinars are streamed live (answering questions from the kids) using
GoToMeeting and recorded so you can view them at your leisure. To

(OER) (Grades 5-8)
Wednesday, April 1 - 11 am EST - When Thunder Roars, Go Indoors with Glenn
Field of NOAA's National Weather Service in Boston/Norton (Grades 3-6 but
of interest to middle school too)
Friday, April 3 - 11 am EST - Can You Hear Me Now? Marine Mammals and
Sound with Genevieve Davis of the NOAA's Northeast Fisheries Science Center
(Grades 2-6)
