Discovery Hall Programs (DHP) at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab in Dauphin
Island, Alabama, has a 10-week summer internship position available for an
undergraduate (junior, senior) or recent graduate from groups currently
underrepresented in marine science and environmental education.

This Mississippi-Alabama Sea Grant-supported internship allows the selected
candidate to work in summer camps for K-12 students, marine science classes
for high school students in a residential program, teacher workshops and
public outreach events.


*Jordan Brown, a 2017 environmental education intern, helps students during
a shark dissection lesson.*
