The 2019 Sea Change environmental film series, co-sponsored by Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, the Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater, and WCAI, kicks off this Saturday, February 16th, from 7-9 PM the PBS Nature film, "Fox Tales". Although foxes now live in close proximity to humans, their day-to-day lives are a mystery for most of us.
After the film, there will be a panel discussion moderated by WCAI's Steve Junker. Panelists include Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary science coordinator Mark Faherty and wildlife veterinarian Priya Patel of Cape Wildlife Center in Barnstable. Learn about the best ways to interact with these fascinating critters and bring your own favorite fox tale!
The film will be screened at the Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater, located at 2357 Route 6 in South Wellfleet. The venue fee is $12 per person. Tickets may be reserved online at what.org or by calling the WHAT box office at 508-349-9428. For more information, go to www.massaudubon.org/wellfleetbay<http://www.massaudubon.org/wellfleetbay>.
