The Underwater Archaeology of the Whydah ~ Free with Museum Admission
Join Archaeologist Marie Zahn from the Whydah Pirate Museum! Learn about pirates on Cape Cod with the true story of the Whydah! Hear about the tale of "Black Sam" Bellamy and his treasure. Discover the exciting world of underwater archaeology and uncover your own pirate treasure! Children will have the opportunity to excavate like an underwater archaeologist! Excavation can be messy, so keep that in mind for your trip to the Museum!

Wing Island Guided Walk ~ $4 Members / $6 Non-members / Please call for reservations
Join Archaeologist Dan Zoto for a guided walk of Wing Island, the location of the Wing Island Archaeology Project. Learn the history of the island and its varied uses throughout the millennia.

CCMNH Artifact I.D. Day ~ Free with Museum Admission
Join Archaeologist Dan Zoto and other members of the CCMNH Archaeology team.  View artifacts from local excavations including from the Wing Island Archaeology Project, and learn about the archaeology of the area. Visitors are encouraged bring artifacts for identification.
