[SEMCO] State of Wellfleet Harbor Conference is this Saturday

The 2018 State of Wellfleet Harbor Conference will be held on Saturday, November 3rd from 8:30 am-2 pm at the Wellfleet Elementary School. The event is free. This year's topics include what DNA analysis has revealed about the diets of seals in southeastern Massachusetts; how the Cape's offshore sediments might be used to plan for climate change resiliency; and the science associated with Cape Cod's annual sea turtle cold-stunning phenomenon. On Sunday, November 4 from 10 AM-12 noon, Theresa Smith of the Center for Coastal Studies will lead a free walk to discuss the geological history of Wellfleet Harbor. Details available at the conference.
