JAM MAKING FOR THE HOLIDAYS

The popular jam making classes in the historic Green Briar Jam Kitchen are
filling up rapidly during the holidays.  Join in the fun making your own
jars of something special to take home and enjoy or give as a gift.  Expert
instruction and all materials are provided to make 4 to 6 jars of product.
There are very few spots remaining in the Saturday sessions.  The following
Wednesday evening sessions, which meet from 6pm to 8pm, currently have space
available: November 28, apple pie jam; December 12, holiday berry jam;
December 19, holiday berry jam.  The fee per workshop is $40 for members of
the Thornton W. Burgess Society, $50 for non-members.  Paid advance
registration is required by calling 508-888-6870.
