8:15 - 8:45   Green Infrastructure (GI) Practice Overview

  *   Brief discussion on why GI
  *   Overview of various GI BMP designs and how they work
  *   Lessons learned on using the right GI in the right places
8:45 - 9:30   GI Construction Issues and Maintenance Activities

  *   Why proper installation/materials are important
  *   Common construction problems and proper construction inspection
  *   Importance of maintenance
  *   Vegetation management and maintenance - importance of plant lists and understanding native plants vs. invasives/weeds
  *   Typical routine and long-term maintenance measures, including frequency and duration
  *   Discussion of Cape Cod-specific construction and maintenance issues
  *   Lessons learned on how design impacts long-term maintenance
