Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, the Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater, and WCAI Radio are pleased to announce the 2017 Sea Change environmental film series. The schedule kicks off Saturday, February 4 from 7-9 p.m. with Saving Jamaica Bay, a new documentary about local citizens determined to save one of the most abused wetland habitats in the country which, incredibly, still supports a wide array of wildlife. Afterwards, we'll bring the topic closer to home with a panel discussion about the Herring River restoration. Panel members will include representatives of the Herring River Restoration Committee, the Association to Preserve Cape Cod, and the film's producer, Daniel Hendrick. WCAI's Sean Corcoran will be the panel moderator. Tickets are $12 and can be purchased at what.org or by calling WHAT at 508-349-9428.
