Revisions to 2018 Sea Grant Knauss Fellowship Competition:

An amended funding announcement has been posted on grants.gov 
<http://grants.gov> (announcement number NOAA-OAR-SG-2018-2004993, 
available at 
http://www.grants.gov/view-opportunity.html?dpp=1&oppId=287335) for the 
2018 Sea Grant Knauss Fellowship competition.  The total award amount 
for a Knauss Fellowship in 2018 has been increased from $56,500 to 
$61,500, to bring the fellow salary in line with new labor relations 
guidelines. The due date for applications from prospective fellows to 
Sea Grant Programs has been extended from February 10 to February 21, to 
provide the required 60-day notice between this announcement and the
