*A WILD BABY SHOWER – June 18th*

*Eastham, MA. June 13, 2016 - * Wild Care, Inc., a wildlife rescue and
rehabilitation center in Eastham, is bustling with activity with over 84
orphaned and injured animals in their care. Helpless babies of every
variety – baby birds, opossums, squirrels, rabbits… are arriving at their
doorstep each and every day. Wild Care invites the public to help welcome
these new arrivals, by attending their 2nd Annual “Wild Baby Shower” on
Saturday, June 18th. Stop by Wild Care anytime between 10am -4pm, 10 Smith
Ln. Eastham, on Saturday, June 18th, and be treated to a guided visit of
their outdoor enclosures, get a sneak-peek at a few of their wild babies,
enjoy homemade baked goods, light refreshments, and even take home a party
favor! There is no fee to attend, but baby shower gifts are greatly
appreciated. Visit Wild Care’s website to view their Baby Shower Wishlist:
http://www.wildcarecapecod.org/baby-animal-shower/ All proceeds to benefit
Wild Care, Inc.

WILD CARE’s wildlife rehabilitators treat birds, mammals and reptiles
brought to the center, with the goal of releasing them back into the wild
when they are capable of independent survival. Through public education,
WILD CARE works to prevent wildlife casualties and works to engage the
community in conservation through volunteerism. Since our founding WILD
CARE has accepted over 25,000 wild creatures, representing over 275 species
of native birds, mammals and reptiles. If you encounter injured, orphaned
or ill wildlife please call the WILD CARE of Cape Cod helpline at
508-240-2255. Visit WILD CARE’s website at www.wildcarecapecod.org to make
a donation.
