change. WHRC will show Episode 1: "Dry Season," which features Harrison
Ford, Don Cheadle and Thomas L. Friedman exploring the impacts of
deforestation and drought in Indonesia, Texas, and Syria.

*Dam Nation | Thursday, August 11 at 5:30 p.m.*
This powerful film journey across America explores the sea change in our

growing awareness that our own future is bound to the life and health of
our rivers.

*A Fierce Green Fire | Saturday, September 10 at 4:30 p.m.*
Inspired by the book of the same name by Philip Shabecoff, this documentary

environmentalism and connects them.
*Q & A follows with President Phil Duffy.*
* Woods Hole Research Center (WHRC) is an independent research institute
where scientists investigate the causes and effects of climate change to
identify and implement opportunities for conservation, restoration and
economic development around the globe. In June 2016, WHRC was ranked as the
top independent climate change think tank in the world for the third year
in a row. For more information, please visit whrc.org
