Three Bays Preservation, Inc. is a small environmental non-profit located in
Osterville, MA. We are seeking:

 

Director of Membership & Outreach

 

General Description:

The Director of Membership & Outreach is a full-time position and will work
closely with the Executive Director and interact collaboratively with the
Board of Directors to reach the developmental goals of a small, local
non-profit organization in a drug, alcohol and smoke free environment.  This
position will require some weekend and evening hours.

 

Summary of Primary Responsibilities:

.        Responsible for acquisition and growth of memberships both
individual and corporate

.        Database management and maintenance

.        Public relations and outreach

.        Event planning, preparation and oversight

.        Membership coordination and growth

.        On-line and mobile donation generation and social networking

.        Board of Director support and donor outreach

.        Assist Executive Director with projects as needed

.        Understand the concept of "team player"

 

Minimum Qualifications:

.        Candidate will have at least 3-5 years of marketing, fundraising
sales, public relations, development and capital campaign experience

.        Must have competent computer skills and experience with popular
donor management software and fundraising programs as well as MS Excel, Word
and public databases and social networking or similar skills

.        It would be helpful to have knowledge of local water quality
initiatives
