[SEMCO] Join us for the MME Annual Meeting!

Join the Massachusetts Marine Educators during their 40th Annual Meeting at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. The Meeting will take place on April 9, starting at 8:30 a.m., on the Quissett Campus. The theme for this year is, "Practicing Marine Science: Models for the Classroom." Dr. Ben Harden of SEA and Dr. Carla Curran of Savannah State University will present the Keynotes. Afternoon workshops will have classroom-ready activities that are grade-specific and tied to standards. The workshops are designed to help educators implement the newly adopted Massachusetts Science, Technology, and Engineering Standards, and the Science Engineering Design Practices. Each activity will also focus on modeling and using data in the classroom.
