The North and South Rivers Watershed Association (NSRWA) is a 46 year old
environmental nonprofit with 1,200 member households on the South Shore
whose purpose is to inspire a community of stewards in creating a healthy
watershed.  Our annual budget is $350,000, with approximately 50% coming
from our membership through membership, donations, and special events and
50% through a combination of grants from private foundations and government
agencies. The Community Engagement and Development Director position is
meant to lead, in partnership with the Executive Director and Board, the
financial growth of the organization through member and volunteer
engagement.
