WINTER HOURS AT THE GREEN BRIAR NATURE CENTER

Winter hours at the Green Briar Nature Center and Jam Kitchen in East
Sandwich are Tuesday-Saturday from 10am to 4pm; closed on Sunday and Monday
through mid-April.  Green Briar offers live animal exhibits, changing art
exhibits, a natural history library, an award-winning wildflower garden,
nature trails and a unique gift shop.  It also houses the historic Jam
Kitchen, where jams, jellies and preserves have been made the old-fashioned
way since 1903.  Programs for children and families including jam making
classes are scheduled year-round.  For further information, call
