*Teach for America to hold Data Collection Beach Cleanup*



Teach for America South Coast will be working in partnership with Operation
Clean Sweep and Be the Solution to Pollution will hold a beach cleanup on
Saturday, April 30th. from 10 am until Noon. Meet at East Beach on East
Rodney French Blvd. in the south end of New Bedford.  Street parking will
be available.



Volunteering for a cleanup is a great way to show how much you care about
your neighborhood and a great way to earn community service hours as well.
Community members, students, families and service groups are encouraged to
take part.

Volunteers are asked to wear closed toe shoes and clothing appropriate for
the weather. Tools, gloves, and garbage bags will be provided. Please bring
a reusable water bottle.
