EPA will present the 2016 Massachusetts Small MS4 General Permit for
stormwater.



Following EPA’s presentation, representatives of the Central Massachusetts
Regional Stormwater Coalition and the new Buzzards Bay Stormwater
Collaborative will describe how their stormwater collaboratives are
working. Join in discussion of Cape Cod’s municipal stormwater needs and
potential benefits of forming a stormwater collaborative.
