Student Marine Art Exhibit Visits JFK Federal Building in Government Center
Winning art from the 2014 Massachusetts Marine Educators Marine Art Contest is now
on display in the lobby of the JFK Federal Building in Government Center, Boston,
through the end of March.  The artwork depicts species from Stellwagen Bank National
Marine Sanctuary.

New England Aquarium Program Features SBNMS Research Coordinator
Dr. David Wiley, sanctuary research coordinator, will be part of a special FREE 
program at the New England Aquarium on March 26 that includes a showing of the new
Humpback Whales IMAX 3D movie. In addition to Dave, the aquarium's vice president
of research, Dr. Scott Kraus, and director of marine education and conservation,
 Laura Howes, will discuss why Stellwagen Bank is one of the world's best whale 
watching sites and what challenges face the sanctuary in protecting these whales.
