Sea Level Rise, Storms and Cape Cod
Two workshops focused on reducing and improving regional preparedness

Increased storminess and flooding events over recent years have continued to expose Cape Cod's vulnerability to storms and sea level rise and the type of impacts these hazards can have on the landscape and the economy. This, coupled with projections for more intense storms and greater sea level rise in the future, make it imperative for communities to enhance how they prepare for these threats.

Target Audience: Regional and municipal planners & GIS staff; Emergency and floodplain managers; DPW staff, natural resource managers & conservation agents; Local Boards (planning, conservation, emergency management); Environmental organizations; State agency staff and local technical experts; Town administrators and selectmen
