[SEMCO] Professional Development Workshop - New Bedford Whaling Museum

The New Bedford Whaling Museum would like to announce the following PD workshop, co-sponsored by the Museum Institute for Teaching Science, to be offered on the weekend of March 7 and 8, 2015. Schooling with Whales will provide educators with a variety of methods of using whales, dolphins and porpoises to teach science, math, geography and history concepts. The workshop is geared towards teachers in grades 3 - 6, but teachers of other grades can register if interested. One graduate credit and/or 10 PDPs are available. This workshop will take place at the NBWM and will be limited to the first 20 registrants.
