To Potential Applicants to the U.S. EPA's SNEP program:

The Buzzards Bay NEP has put together a fact sheet to help guide applicants for the U.S. EPA's 2016 Southeast New England Program for Coastal Watershed Restoration (EPA-R1-SNEP-2016).  The deadline for initial proposals (brief pre-proposals) is January 22.

The Buzzards Bay NEP can also provide guidance in the development of proposals, and in a limited number of cases, provide sustained participation and support in new initiatives.  If you are seeking such technical assistance, please complete the attached form and email it to Sarah.Williams at state.ma.us<mailto:Sarah.Williams at state.ma.us>.

Even if you are not seeking assistance from the Buzzards Bay NEP, you may find it a useful exercise to complete the top half of the form to help you formulate a clear application.
