Hello all, 
 
Great news!  The FY16 Request for Initial Proposals (RFIP) has been approved and was just released today.   Please pass along to
anyone that might be interested in submitting a project proposal.  Please note that this is an anticipatory RFIP which means final
appropriations may result in changes to or elimination of funding. 
 
The deadline for initial proposals is January 22, 2016.  
 
EPA will be hosting two webinars for those with questions regarding this RFIP on December 17 and January 6.  Details are provided in
the RFIP which can be found at: SNEP Funding Opportunity
