Coastal Corners of Cape Cod
With Professor Gilbert Newton,
Cotuit Resident and Author
Long time Cotuit resident Gil Newton will discuss the coastal corners  and margins
of the local seashore, marshes and dunes. Mr. Newton will  review the natural history
of Cape Cod, its diverse marine plants and  animals, and the fragile ecology of 
the region.
Professor Newton  teaches at Mass Maritime Academy, Cape Cod Community College and
is the  director of the new STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and  Mathematics)
program at Sandwich High School.
His books will be available to purchase from HSSC at the end of his talk!
