[SEMCO] Friends of Monomoy Sponsored Talk

My name is Eddie Horowitz.  I am the president of the Friends of Monomoy.
On September 15 at 7pm the Friends are sponsoring a talk by Dr. Gordon Waring and Dr. Stephanie Wood entitled "Chatham Harbor; Importance to Seals and Seal Researchers"    The talk will be held at the Chatham Community Center at 702 Main Street in Chatham.
Drs. Waring and Wood will review the ecological and research importance of Chatham Harbor, the importance of the tidal sand bars and barrier beach to harbor and gray seals, the seasonal changes in both species composition and haul-out use, the scientific research being conducted in Chatham Harbor and an overview of the recolonization of Cape Cod waters by gray seals.
I am hopeful that you will announce the talk and its importance on the Cape.  We would love to have as many guests as possible.  The Talk is FREE and open to the public.
