RACHEL CARSON HARVEST DINNER     (Saturday, October 25)

Cape Cod has an annual  dinner that honors  Rachel Carson and her legacy.    All people are invited.

This year's dinner will take place on Saturday night,  October 25th, starting at 6:00 pm.      This is an informal, family-style meal  that takes place at the Unitarian Universalist church in Falmouth.    The church is located at 840  Sandwich Road, in East Falmouth.

Tickets for the dinner are $10 each.....   No family will be charged more than $20 for the dinner.   So please bring children.      There will be some live entertainment (music) that children will enjoy.....   All of the money collected will be donated to the community food pantries that serve the communities of Falmouth, Sandwich,  Mashpee, and Bourne.

The harvest dinner includes vegetarian items - including some Native American specialties - and ham and beans.
