Family Friday Explorations

Get your whole family exploring the outdoors during *Family Friday
Explorations*, a series of three free outings in October offered by the
Coalition for Buzzards Bay and Wareham Land Trust. Through fun games and
hands-on activities, your family will learn about the Buzzards Bay region’s
animals, plants, and habitats.

*Family Friday Explorations* is recommended for families with elementary
school-aged children.  We encourage you to attend all three programs, but
it is not required.

*Family Fridays – Muddy in the Marsh: Crabbing/Marsh Discovery*

*Learn how to go crabbing and explore a salt marsh with us!*

Time: 5:00-6:00

Location: Lyman Reserve, Wareham, MA



*Family Fridays- Fishing!*

*Join us at our property at Horseshoe Mill for a walk and then learn how to
make your own fishing pole and test your crafting skills!*

Family Fridays- Orienteering Scavenger Hunt

*Put your navigational skills to the test as we embark on a “treasure hunt”
through a wildlife sanctuary. *

Location: Mass Audubon Great Neck Wildlife Sanctuary
