**** HOT OFF THE PRESSES!! ****

The new WPA Forms 3A & 5A for the Ecological Restoration ORDER and the new Appendix A for NOIs invoking the new Ecological Restoration LIMITED PROJECT provisions have been posted.

BRP WW 26, the new application for a COMBINED LICENSE/PERMIT for Waterways & Water Quality Certification, has been posted.

The new CH 91 INLAND and COASTAL GENERAL LICENSES for Small Residential Docks and Piers have been posted. Application forms will be posted after the appeal period lapses and the licenses are recorded at all of the Registries of Deeds.

A fact sheet SUMMARY of the Revisions to MassDEP's Wetlands, Waterways, and Water Quality Certification Regulations has been posted. In addition to describing some of the changes, this fact sheet identifies all of the WPA provisions that were revised. A regulatory revision PRESENTATION has also been posted.

Please see my "SIGNATURE" (below) for LINKS to all of this information.

NOTE: in response to public requests, a SEARCHABLE version of 310 CMR 10 has been posted; but it is NOT printer-friendly (245 pages, 8.5" x 14" format, lots of gaps and blank pages). To purchase a copy of the regs from the STATE BOOKSTORE, go to http://www.sec.state.ma.us/spr/sprcat/agencies/310.htm or call (617) 727-2834.

While I'm at it...:

NOTE: the Transmittal Form for Permit Application and Payment posted at http://www.mass.gov/eea/docs/dep/service/online/tr-formw.pdf is for WQC, Ch 91 and other MassDEP progams; but it is NOT for use with WPA applications - we have our own Wetland Fee Transmittal Forms for NOIs and ANRADs, which do not need a transmittal number.

                              **** REGULATORY REVISION WORKSHOPS ***

Please see my "signature" for a list of dates and locations for Circuit Rider workshops in the Southeast Region that are open to all. I will consider requests to schedule evening sessions, so let me know if there is interest in your community.

Note: I will be using a classroom-style set-up, so space will be limited at several venues; therefore, REGISTRATION is required via e-mail to christine.odiaga at state.ma.us<mailto:christine.odiaga at state.ma.us>. I will confirm via e-mail within a few days of receipt.

Workshops in the Southeast and other regions are posted on the MassDEP CALENDAR at http://www.mass.gov/eea/agencies/massdep/news/events/

                              **** HAPPY THANKSGIVING - Christine ***
