Wild Care's Photo Competition

Do you constantly snap photos of the animals you see? Are you always out in nature with your camera or smart phone ready to take a pic of something spectacular? Do you have a collection of amazing photos of Cape Cod wildlife? Well, then you should enter our Wild Care Wildlife Photo Competition, in collaboration with Orleans Camera.
 



Throughout the month of August, we are inviting local and visiting amateur photographers to an Open Juried Online Competition and Exhibit. Celebrate with Wild Care the majesty and variety of wildlife here on Cape Cod by submitting your best photo(s) of a native animal in the wild. This competition and exhibit is an opportunity for all photographers to capture powerful and moving images of the animals who share our home. There are great Orleans Camera gift certificate prizes for first, second and special mention and the winning photos will be displayed on both Wild Care's website and on Orleans Camera's website in September.

You can also take part in our free, fun & family-friendly "Take only Pictures" Photo Scavenger Hunt. Simply go to our website at www.wildcarecapecod.org to get the list of nature-themed scavenger hunt photos and suggestions of beautiful places on Cape Cod to take them. Then upload your photos and contact info to events at wildcarecapecod.org and be entered to win great Wild Care prizes! It's an affordable and entertaining activity for the whole family! And if you think one of your photos is really outstanding then you can enter it into our juried Wildlife Photo Competition.
