[SEMCO] Job Opening: Vice-President of Development at Buzzards Bay Coalition

The Buzzards Bay Coalition seeks an accomplished professional to serve as
Vice-President of Development for this energetic, performance-driven and
growing regional organization. The position reports to the President and is
responsible for the management of a full-time staff of three. In the next
five years, the Coalition aims to grow its budget to $2.75 million;
increase membership to 10,000 individuals, families and businesses; and
expand its signature Swim and Watershed Ride to engage more than 1,000
participants each year.

The position demands a candidate with a proven track record of success,
passion for conservation, and the drive necessary to achieve the
Coalition’s growth objectives. In return, the organization offers the
