Seasonal Park Interpreter Positions in Southeastern Mass. - Deadline April 17, 2014

The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) is seeking Park Interpreters to staff forests, parks and reservations statewide.

Performs various interpretive, educational and administrative tasks in the operation of Visitor Services and Interpretation.

Applicants must be at least eighteen years old, possess a basic knowledge of natural and/or cultural history, have experience working with the public, hold solid communications skills, have the ability to follow oral and written instructions, and the ability to work in a team setting.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Boston Harbor Islands State Park, Hingham, MA has a start date of 05/02/14 thru 10/13/14

Myles Standish State Forest, South Carver, MA has a start date of 05/16/14 thru 09/20/14.

Nickerson State Park, Brewster, MA has a start date of 05/11/14 thru 10/11/14.

South Cape Beach State Park, Mashpee, MA has a start date of 04/20/14 thru 09/07/14.
