Hi All,

We are starting a volunteer group called Beach Ambassadors to share natural history fun on Plymouth Long Beach. Volunteers will conduct informal outreach and education right on the beach. I am looking for any outreach materials and ideas you might be willing to share, or input on what does and doesn't work from your experience. I also would like to know how many organizations in southeastern Mass. are putting outreach, as opposed to monitoring, volunteers on beaches in the summer. Let me know if this is you! At the end of the summer, we will have ideas and experiences to share with you.

For more info. about the Beach Ambassadors program see: http://doriesdirtydeeds.wordpress.com/2013/03/07/beach-ambassadors-a-chance-to-volunteer-on-the-beach-in-plymouth-ma/

Thank you.

Dorie
