The January-March 2013 issue of Stellwagen Bank E-Notes is now 
available.  You can access the newsletter from the Stellwagen Bank 
National Marine Sanctuary website at http://stellwagen.noaa.gov

http://stellwagen.noaa.gov/library/pdfs/enotes_feb2013.pdf. The issue 
includes information about the marine art contest, calendar and exhibit; 
Seabird Stewards; report cards for ships; and recent awards.
