"Joint Committee on Environment, Natural Resources & Agriculture Public Hearing at 10:00, Hearing Room A-1 State House.  The Committee will be accepting testimony on two bills - introduced by Rep. Lori Ehrlich and Sen. Jamie Eldridge - that would reduce the use of certain types of plastic bags, and one bill that would create a process for evaluating exposure to catastrophic flooding as a result of climate change, sponsored by Sen.
