A Sweet, Seasonal Delight
in the Barn at the Hook offices

'Tis the season that the tiny local bay scallop has made its debut in  fish markets
and on restaurant menus. There is no sweeter or more  seasonal expression of our
 ocean's bounty. Many Cape and Island towns  boast fall and winter seasons for bay
scallops, so get them while you  can. Learn about the fishery and changes through
the years from  fishermen Glen Nickerson, Jennifer Kane, and Ken and son Andy Tolley.
