 what rules the fishermen have to follow to bring it to market?

Hook Fishermen's Association and local fishermen to learn the ins and outs of this
vital industry and how important it is to our cultural heritage and local economy.

One Fish, Two Fish, Eat Some Bluefish!

When you hear the word bluefish, do you automatically say: I don't like it? We're
gonna change your mind! Learn about how abundant and sustainable the mighty bluefish
is from fisherman Tom Smith who works right off our shores on his vessel Sea Wolf.
Chef Lisa Whelan from Dancing Spoons Catering in Harwich will delight us with how
delicious this fresh, local fish is to eat - and will offer lots of flavorful ideas
for how to cook it at home!
