Cape Cod Natural History Conference - March 10

The State of the Birds, dolphin strandings, spadefoot toad restoration,
eel grass monitoring, New England cottontails, and dead eiders are just
a few of the many subjects presented on at this year's Cape Cod Natural
History Conference scheduled for Saturday, March 10, 2012. Now in its
17th year, this full day conference features presenters from
environmental organizations across Cape Cod speaking on a diversity of
natural history topics. Both oral and poster presentations will
highlight local research projects, conservation efforts, and local
environmental organizations and allow participants the opportunity to
engage with the presenters.

The event is held at the Cape Cod Community College. It is organized by
Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and supported by Cape Cod Five Cents
Savings Bank and the Bird Watcher's General Store.

Cost is $20 in advance and $25 at the door.
