[SEMCO] Sanctuary seeks to fill youth seat on advisory council

Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary seeks applicants for its new 
non-voting youth member seat on the Sanctuary Advisory Council.  An 
additional alternate youth seat will also be filled.  These members will 
represent the youth segment of the community and provide advice to the 
sanctuary superintendent about sanctuary management issues of concern to 
today's students.

Applicants must be between the ages of 14-18 and willing to serve a 
two-year term.  Applications are due April 27, 2012.
