What is estate planning? Your land is likely your most valuable asset.  An estate plan ensures that your assets - including your land - are distributed in a way that will meet the financial and personal needs of you and your family.

 *   Emily Kellndorfer, attorney, who will explain estate planning considerations and implications for land ownership and transfers.


 *   Mark Robinson, Compact of Cape Cod Conservation Trusts, & Brendan Annett, Buzzards Bay Coalition, answering your questions about the role of land management and land conservation in estate planning.


 *   Three local landowners from Falmouth, Carver and Rochester sharing their family's experience with estate planning.
