Eagle Pond Walk

Eagle Pond has a remarkable variety of habitats resulting from 
the combined effects of past land use and the geographical setting.
Explore with Beth Schwarzman, geologist, naturalist and author of 
"The Nature of Cape Cod".  See why this area was settled early by 
the colonists and find evidence of their effects on the land on 
this easy, level, 3-mile walk.

Meet at the Old Post Road entrance.

Parking
>From the lights at Cotuit Landing (Stop & Shop) on Route 28:
Travel south on Putnam Avenue about 1.6 miles to Old Post Road.
Turn left onto Old Post Road. 
Parking is about 0.2 miles on your left.
