The Coalition for Buzzards Bay (CBB) seeks a seasoned and energetic professional to serve as Vice-President of Advocacy for this performance-driven and rapidly growing regional conservation organization. The full-time position reports to the President and joins a talented management team and dedicated Board of Directors. This is an exciting opportunity to join CBB at a critical moment as we seek to reverse the decline in Buzzards Bay's health by taking strategic and bold action to dramatically reduce nitrogen pollution, improve the management of sprawl development in our watershed, improve wastewater treatment, prevent oil spills and toxic contamination, and better protect wetlands.

The ideal candidate will bring more than 6 years of environmental law, public policy, scientific or natural resource management experience, a proven track record of success in organizations of equal or greater size than CBB, excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and a passion for the environment and Buzzards Bay.
