   On Thursday, December 2 at 7:30 pm the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History
in Brewster will present Closer to the Great Whales with Peter Trull. 
$5/Member, $7/Non-Member. 
   This  photographic and lecture program about the whales of Stellwagen
Bank will feature rare close-up aspects of the largest mammals to roam the
earth today. 
   Learn about the external anatomy, feeding habits, life history, physical
features and behavior of the Humpback, Minke, Finback, and endangered Right
whales, 
including breaching, lob tailing and flipper flapping. 
       Peter Trull is an educator, researcher and veteran of more than 1400
whale watching trips while working for the Provincetown Center for Coastal
Studies. A 7th grade science teacher at the Cape Cod Lighthouse Charter
School in Orleans, Peter has written three books, including Coyotes in the
Neighborhood. 
      A book signing of Peter's newly released book Closer to the Great
Whales will follow the presentation.
