You are invited to a lunch-time panel discussion on Climate Change Impacts 
and the work of USGS scientists and the Woods Hole Coastal and Marine 
Science Center on this Earth Day, April 22, 2010.
A USGS researcher collecting methane gas emitted from a thermo karst lake, 
North Slope Alaska
This panel features three scientists who will present brief overviews of 
their research:
S. Jeffress Williams: Sea-Level Rise Impacts to Coastal Systems
Neil Ganju: Cascading Models of Climate Change: From Atmosphere to Estuary
Carolyn Ruppel: Thawing Permafrost and Degassing Methane Hydrates--Climate 
Change in the Arctic
The panel discussion will be introduced and moderated by Ben Gutierrez.
