[SEMCO] List of organizations/towns conducting coastal water quality monitoring on Cape Cod

I am interested in obtaining (or creating) a list of organizations and towns
that are conducting coastal water quality monitoring on the Cape and
Islands.  Does anyone know if such a list exists?  Has anyone organized a
coastal water quality monitoring workshop/conference for the Cape and/or
Islands in the past three years?  Thanks for your help!
