Harness the power of MassDEP’s new 
Wetlands Information Resource System (WIRe) 
through eDEP’s portal. 

All Applicants are strongly encouraged to register and file Notices of Intent (NOI) and Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation (ANRAD) electronically. 

Take advantage of filing permits through eDEP! 
	Electronic NOI and ANRAD forms are easier and faster to use. 
	Easy to use GIS map viewer tool gives you the locus of your project on aerial images when you enter latitude & longitude of your site. 
	View MassDEP wetland data & NHESP’s Estimated Habitat for Rare & Endangered Species as an overlay to your project. 
	Submit e-fee payment for MassDEP portion of the filing by credit card or e-check to expedite file number issuance. 
	MassDEP can email file number and comment letter to you. 
	For some projects, the entire application and related documents can be filed electronically to MassDEP. Submission requirements to Conservation Commissions are the same.
