The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is pleased to 
announce the release of the Draft Management Plan for the Stellwagen 
Bank National Marine Sanctuary. The document can be accessed at 
http://stellwagen.noaa.gov. If you wish to comment on the plan, please 
follow the instructions on the Web site and submit your comments by 
close of business on August 4, 2008 (postmarked by August 4th, if 
mailing). Additionally on this Web site, you will find a link to a 
special edition of the Banknotes newsletter, which serves as a 32-page 
summary of the Draft Management Plan.
