Botanical Walk April 4

 

 

          A Botanical Walk will be held Friday, April 4, 10 am, at Bank
Street Bogs in Harwich. This free walk is led by Rich Eldred and sponsored
by the Harwich Conservation Trust. Eldred, who has a degree in Botany from
the University of New Hampshire and a Masters in Plant Science from the
University of Western Ontario, is an environmental journalist for The Cape
Codder. Walkers will look for early spring wildflowers, and wild mustards in
a variety of successional bog habitats. From Harwich Center go south on Bank
Street. Park on the left at the Harbormaster's Workshop, 203 Bank Street.
