AmeriCorps Cape Cod is holding an OPEN HOUSE at their Bourne Residence.


 

AmeriCorps Cape Cod received a grant from the Barnstable County Economic
Development Council to install solar thermal panels on their Bourne
Residence.  The installation was done by Cotuit Solar and included an
educational workshop done for several Upper Cape Technical High School
students.

 

The Program would like to open their residence to the community to show
how a solar thermal system can work.  Other information will be posted
around the House to explain other measures Corps members have taken to
live more sustainability.     

 

When: Saturday, April 12, 2008 from 10:30am - 1:00pm
