BOOK DISCUSSION ON JULY 10th

Wendy Williams and Robert Whitcomb, the authors of the book "Cape Wind,"
will be on Cape Cod on Tuesday night, July 10th, for a community book
discussion. Admission will be free. The public is invited. The building is
accessible for people with disabilities.

The "Cape Wind" discussion will take place at the Unitarian Universalist
church, which is located at 840 Sandwich Road, in East Falmouth. The event is
sponsored by the congregation's adult education subcommittee. It's one of
several religious groups on Cape Cod involved in coastal protection, energy,
and environmental justice work.

"Cape Wind" is a report on attempts to develop a wind farm in Nantucket
Sound. Copies of the book are on sale at many of the bookstores on Cape Cod
and on the islands.

The July 10th discussion will follow a format developed by the League of
Women Voters and by other community groups. The authors will speak without
interruption. There will be opportunities to submit questions on cards. The
sponsors of the July 10th program have not taken a position on wind farm
proposals or on any related matters.
